Appropriate , Anti Maxx "C" at the best.. Let him Draw for every Summon, and do one better and Draw twice! :) watch out tho, you may Deck out with this :)
Ehh.....its really situational, Appropriate misses timing on tons of effects. If the monster they're summoning can activate an ability when it drops it would kill it. Appropriate's effect is weird, see the thing about it is that it doesn't actually activate as part of a chain....it starts a new chain once the last one ends with your opponent drawing a card.
What happens with a monster that has an effect (If it activates when the monster is summoned).
Special Summons Resolves Chain Link 1: Maxx C Draw Chain Link 2: Monster Effect Chain Resolves
Appropriate cant activate here because the draw wasn't the last thing to happen.
Monster summoning without an effect (or one that doesn't or can't activate with priority)

I guess it could be a good card to have in the sideboard, I would much rather have something a bit more substantial though.
